E.ON edis AG is one of Germany's largest regional energy utilities. It supplies some 1.3 million customers in Germany's eastern states of Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania predominantly with locally generated electricity. It also supplies clean-burning natural gas to customers in the East Mecklenburg region and in parts of West Pomerania and North Brandenburg, and is thus a major employer in the region.

E.ON edis AG is 71% owned by E.ON Energie.
